Drug Name Baclofen

Amoxicillin (INN), formerly amoxycillin (BAN), amoxycillin (cilamox) in Australia[1], abbreviated Amox,Tormoxin (in India), is a moderate-spectrum, bacteriolytic, b-lactam antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections caused by susceptible microorganisms. It is usually the drug of choice within the class because it is better absorbed, following oral administration, than other b-lactam antibiotics. It is also a treatment for cystic acne.
ARICEPT (donepezil HCl) is a prescription medicine to treat mild Alzheimer’s disease (up to 10 mg/day) and moderate to severe Alzheimer’s disease (up to 23 mg/day). Before starting on ARICEPT 23 mg/day, patients should be on ARICEPT 10 mg/day for at least 3 months. The starting dose of ARICEPT is 5 mg/day and can be increased to 10 mg/day after 4-6 weeks. A recent study has shown that lithium carbonate and sodium valproate, another drug traditionally used to treat the disorder, act in the brain by inhibiting PKC’s activity and help to create other compounds that also inhibit the PKC. Lithium carbonate is of little use for someone suffering from depression.
It is also used for treating hair loss and acne in women, and can be used as a topical medication for treatment of male baldness. It is commonly used to treat symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) such as excess facial hair and acne. It can also cause gynecomastia in males and should never be given with potassium supplementation for fear of the development of hyperkalemia.
